EarnBig ("we," "our") helps you track credit card benefits, employer perks, and loyalty programs so they don't expire unused. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address, used for sign-in (one-time passcode) and account management. Optionally your name and household size if you provide them.

Benefits data you enter. Which card products you select from our catalog (e.g., "Amex Platinum"), which benefits you mark claimed or skipped, and reminders you create. We never collect card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, or bank credentials, and we do not connect to your financial accounts. Selecting a card in EarnBig tells us the product you own, nothing about the account itself.

Subscription status. If you subscribe to EarnBig Premium, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.

Device data. Push notification tokens (if you enable alerts) and basic diagnostics (crash reports, app version) to keep the app working.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Waitlist

If you join our pre-launch waitlist on this website, we store your email address and the page you signed up from so we can tell you when EarnBig launches. We use it for nothing else and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we use it

To run the product: showing your benefits, scheduling expiry alerts you asked for, syncing your data across devices, and providing the AIRA assistant. To operate the business: processing subscriptions and fixing bugs. That's the list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

AIRA and AI processing

AIRA is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you chat with AIRA, your messages and a summary of your selected cards and claimed benefits are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms, which prohibit using it to train their models. Don't put sensitive information (card numbers, passwords, health details) into AIRA chats — it isn't needed and we'd rather not transmit it. AIRA's suggestions are informational, can be wrong, and are not financial advice.

Where your data lives

Your account and benefits data are stored with Supabase (our database provider) on servers in the United States, protected by row-level security so only your authenticated session can read your records. Subscription events are handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat (subscription management).

Your choices

Notifications can be turned off anytime in the app or iOS/Android settings. Export your data from Profile → Export. Delete your account from Profile → Delete Account — this permanently removes your account and all associated data from our systems. You can also email us at support@earnbig.ai to request deletion.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed immediately from production systems; residual backups expire within 30 days.

Children

EarnBig is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
